We are in one of petcretary's favorite times of the year, the other being early autumn...Spring Equinox arrived officially on March 20th, but the traditional time is today. Who cares, it IS spring! LOL!
We even had springlike weather, today, and more the next couple of days...ahhh...will it last?? Well, we live in Michigan so who knows! We have had tons of snow in both March and April...so lets just enjoy what we have at this time!! When summer comes, we will be grumbling about the heat, so these nice days are very welcome!
There sure are signs of prettiness and renewed life...hooray for Springtime! Soon all the blossoms will be gorgeous, we hope our Weeping Cherry tree will once again put on a show for us to wonder at and admire. The buds are till all tight...
Petcretary was the one and only first commenter in the doorway this past Tuesday, at Teddy's Tuesday Teaser...and while she did manage to find out where the location was...Ireland, of course as it WAS st Patrick's Day... she wasn't first with her answer...oh well, its a fun 'contest' each week!
She got this badge:
She got this badge too, for being correct, though not first:
Petcretary noticed that Josie from 'I Have Three Cats' left recently for the RB, so we helped her make yet another memorial card in her honor.

ReplyDeleteLove your little "ladybugs" ... having lived for a time in Michigan (St Joe) ... we used to say that spring arrived on July 3 and left on July 5. Sigh ...
ReplyDeleteJust the same, we wish you a HAPPY SPRING TIME!

ReplyDeleteThe Florida Furkids
What a nice display of spring you have. Really nice selfies too. Josie was a special little lady and will be missed by us all
ReplyDeleteYour selfies are so cute and we love seeing your signs of spring too.
ReplyDeleteI too enjoy spring and early autumn - the latter for the crispness of the air, the colouring of the leaves, the smell of woodsmoke, and the sound of migrating geese, and the former for the freshe air, the warmth without excessive heat and the blossoms on the trees and bushes. I can't wait for lilacs.
ReplyDeleteSpring and Fall are the best! You two are so cute today.
ReplyDeleteYeah! Spring! We love the spring flowers photos your Mom took and we love the spring photos of you two, We love the card she made for Josie and we LOVE your Mom! We love that she won 2 badges and we love that she comes and visits us and we love her comments and we love her cards that she makes! She is AWESOME! And we hope she has a marvellously HAPPY, Joyous and Loving week!
ReplyDeleteSpring has sprung for you! Such pretty flowers! We don’t have any just yet...but soon.
ReplyDeletePretty flowers! Happy spring!
ReplyDeleteOh, you two looks FABulous! Yes, I say enjoy the wonderful weathers while we can! Ma just said last week, that soon she'll be biatchin' abouts the heat! BOL!!! I much prefer the cold to the heat, butts we live in CA, so it's not really THAT cold 😁
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Ruby ♥
the spring photo is soooo beautiful! and we are glad that this ole winter buzzed off...
ReplyDeleteI fink Spring is somefing dat goes on Outside. Your picfurs are furry nice! Where I live, Inside, nothing changes furry much. Except my supper dish only gets filled up two times now instead of three. 😁
ReplyDeleteOh, I'm envious! My pussywillows are pussying yet!
ReplyDeleteThe spring pictures are sooo pretty! We are just getting crocuses blooming and the tippy tops of other bulbs are beginning to come up. Sigh! Pussy willows--can't wait. Meowmie saw a bunch of blue jays having a confab this morning and a couple of robins too. But we know what you mean about snow. Even though its been above freezing for over a week there is still a big long pile of snow on the shady side of the grocery store parking lot. What is it still doing there? Doesn't it know its time to leave? Hope you guys get some good outdoor time this week. xoxo, Bibi & Meep
ReplyDeleteLovely springtime pics!
ReplyDeleteWe have a bit of spring weather here in WNY too! But we know not to get our hopes up yet. We've had snow as late as Mother's Day in May! We have puppy willows like yours too, and just yesterday we saw out very first crocus. Glad to see you pups are doing well. Say hello to your family from us!
ReplyDeleteI am grateful that you guys are part of my life! Thank you for being at my birthday party. Celebrating with you and other friends was the best part of the day. Slobbery Kisses Cinnamon
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely Spring photo of the two of you. Thanks for stopping by our blog. Being Siberian Huskies, we do like the winter best, but Spring is so full of beauty we enjoy it too.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Love the portrait of the two of you and all of your beautiful spring flowers!
ReplyDeleteGood Meowning. I have long wanted to run over here and say that to you, and to meet you. The badge you made for Josie is beautiful and so befitting a loved little girl. I also thank you for it.
ReplyDeleteLoved seeing the crocuses. Mom and I are going to have to plant some crocus bulbs. Ours of long ago disappeared. Vicious deer maybe. It is monsoon season all year long here where we are but yesterday was sunny! See you again. XO
Thank you! And thanks for stopping by, too!
DeleteNice to meet you as well:)
I had that trouble with tulips, here it isn't deer, since we are completely fenced in, its the squirrels and gophers.
