Happy Easter!!

Today is Easter!!
That is a furry spawsial day and we are celebrating. No chocolate here though. Just some bunnies and our love to you all!
And much thanks, too, for all the POTP, purrs and pawyers that helped MrJackFreckles get better. He *is* much better. It is so appawsiated. But...now this rascal of a pup had decided that each meal needs to be of his own choosing, and not just my regular noms, but pawlease make it even more yummy, else I won't eat it...so what he used to eat like a vacuum cleaner, now he wants 'decorations' on it, or maybe some canned food, or even some freeze dried. He now gets three different grain free kibbles all mixed together and sometimes he just waits till the end of the day and then he eats it up. Oh, well, at least he *is* eating. He will not eat his vitamin or joint chews at all any more, not sure why, he used to think those were spawsial treats...sigh...

Pawrents:
So we here will just keep on keeping on day by day...as long as he stays this well, there shouldn't be anymore issues, we hope.
Minko is becoming harder to feed of late. He seems to have some more vomiting, like just before its time to eat, or just after I start feeding him...and he spits out way more than in the past. Not sure what the trouble is...hope a vet visit is not looming.
Pipo is just fine, hooray!!

Anypaws, this is a spawsial  day, so lets get on with our selfies!

We have just heard that the world of blogging has lost a furry dear furend, Sweet Nellie is now an Angel. Here is her blog posting if you wish to greet her and offer some comforting words to her Mommy.

  1. I am glad that Mr JF has continued to improve. My mum says I am very picky with my food, but I think we are allowed to be as we get older.
Happy Easter to all of you!

  5. We are sad about Nellie. I am glad MJF is doing better. I hope Minko starts eating more. How often does he eat? I know Sammy vomits in the morning if he has been too long without food ( that was why the vet said he does). I will be praying for him. I love your Easter photo shoot and everyone was so cooperative. I bet they were glad they didn't have to wear bunny ears. I hope you all had a wonderful Easter! XO

    1. Tanks, They didn't seem to mind it too much.

Minko gets 'fed' twice a day, and there is always kibble to snack on. He gets Prilosec and Pepcid for his 'acid' stomach, one at one meal and the other at his second meal. I tried three meals but that was not a good fit. He maintains his weight on twice a a day feedings.

Minko is such a rascal...petcretary came home from her work and she entered our den to the sound of a kitty upchucking...Yuck. It was Minko and he threw up a huge mess of grass...the silly dude had snuck outside and gobbled some grass and then came in to deposit it on the carpet...EEUUWWW! Warmer days equals the temptation to sneak through the doggy doors. Might need to invest in an electronic one so only dog-guy can come and go.

  18. Everytime I tried, I was weeping to hard to post yesterday. Right now there is a Nellie sized hole in my heart. Someone very special has gone forever from this world and I feel an immense pain, however with your words and your wonderful graphic, you have made my heart rejoice. I am grateful to you for your special message which has helped me find some peace and tranquility.
    Thank YOU dear friends!
    Much Love

  19. Furry glad to hear Mr. Jack is on the mend. Oh Minko! I am sorry to hear your tummy is doing the bumpety lumpety and hope you are feeling better.

Your pictures are bee-u-ti-ful! The blue curtain makes them look like a purrfessional took them and all the stuffed animals are cute but no match for your good looks!

Mum's a bit crook but she'll come good. She always does. Hope you had a nice Easter. Did the brofurs visit?

Things seem to have gotten stable here for now...we are not grumbling!
Petcretary had to work so we had no company...boss boy came a week later, and unfurbro-the-younger phoned:)
