Recently, on December 4th, Blogville learned of the way too soon loss of a famous and wonderful Dog-Mom, Gail. She will always be remembered for her wit, amazing pictures of wherever she had been, and the antics of her pups. Starting a long time ago with Hamish, then on to Bertie, and a couple of years ago with Nobby.
You can read about her journey at My Take Doses; Of Wild Yam
Gail's Blog Nice Nobby/Naughty Nobby is HERE.
I, 'Petcretary', was not privileged to know Gail and her earlier pups, but have only been a follower of her blog for a couple of years...and yet I feel this loss as much as any who have known her from the beginning of her blogging journey.
Gail, we all miss you terribly, and we know that Nobby does too. Now you are free from the illness that robbed us of you, and we hope that Hamish and Bertie were reunited with you.
You were a special friend to many, and we'll not ever forget you.
We are joining with Nature Friday, since Gail was an ardent lover of the natural world...

ReplyDeletePaweckt post in honour of a fine lady! It' not the length of time we know someone, but the quality of that time spent with them that counts. Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
What a beautiful tribute to a most wonderful person♥ She will be missed for a long time.
ReplyDeleteThat's a wonderful tribute to Gail. We have our paws crossed that Nobby's new family will keep us posted of his progress with them.
ReplyDeleteI did not know Gail, but she sounds loved by many. I am sorry she didn't get more time. XO
ReplyDeleteThat's sad.
ReplyDeleteHugs and purrs.
I didn't know Gail either but had seen her comments on various blogs. Even though I didn't know her I was shocked at how little time she had. After my good news on Monday it doubly brought it home to me how lucky I am. May she rest in peace.
ReplyDeleteThat is sad news, but we are glad that Nobby has a home to go to.
ReplyDeleteI did not know Gail or her sweet pups but clearly she was a very special human. Sending gentle thoughts of comfort to all who were touched by this special person. 💔 And a lovely remembrance badge you created.
