First she'll drive about 325 miles, to her sister in Canada.

Then they both will fly to the west coast:
And take a load of baggage...if the airline will allow for the extra poundage...BOL!!

The highlight of this trip will be a family gathering for a wedding.

We'll be back to our regular type of blogging soon, but first we have to have petcretary back home, and us too of course, as we are right now in the home away from home, aka doggy jail...at least that is what we call it...petcretary says it is a doggy hotel!

Hubby is not going, so the home is not 'empty', and our neighbors are aware of us and our doings. But you are right, don't broadcast...however, I do not show on my blog my hometown, nor on Facebook, which I hardly ever use anyways, and there is not any link from my blog(s) to anywhere else. Only trusted friends know where I live, etc. Thanks for your concern, Mariette, I appreciate it.
