Wednesday and Thursday evenings we had a lot of very bad weather in our area. Lots of power outages and even a tornado in one village. Not too close, thankfully. One town south of us has so many trees in their streets wound up in power wires...that the safety peeps requested peeps stay home, and the power outs there may not be all fixed until later this week, Wow! If you look at a power outage map, that whole area is covered in colored sections...meaning that is where the power is out. From hurricane force winds...wow the weather is angry around here for some reason.
Petcretary is in the midst of a resurge of Mono, (EpsteinBarrVirus), not sure what brought this on, but she has awful headaches, just like the last two times this happened. Makes her feel wishy washy and at times she breaks out in a sweat from doing nothing...so she'll just lay low for several more days and gradually it subsides...she hopes. That is what it did the last two times. (Which were in 2011, and 2013...)
Oh gosh, I do hope the staff get better very soon; it sounds so debilitating. What lovely cards you made for your human Pa.
ReplyDeleteWow, the global warming issues are causing no end of climate changes, mostly bad things it has to be said. We are glad you did not get struck with any bad winds. Generators seem to be a must these days in a lot of areas.

ReplyDeleteWe are proud of our flag of our country. And it's terrific that we still have a day dedicated to it. I'm surprised somebody hasn't removed that day. You two look so handsome and what a great thing that you gave your Pawppy a loving birthday card with the both of you attached. I bet he was happy with that. Hope the Petcretary starts to feel better very soon. I know you two will take good care of her.
