In Memory Of Bentley

Bentley
Bentley of Barking From the Bayou fame, recently flew off to the Rainbow Bridge, after being loved by his family for 16 years.

If you have not done so you can visit his blog HERE, to leave your comforting messages.

We also want to apologize for the lack of visiting most of our blogging friends of late. It seems that us pups have to take the back seat when it comes to all the not blogging things that petcretary gets involved with. We have not forgotten you, and we will drop by to visit when we can...

While we may be wordy, grief, known to most pet bloggers certainly needs no words, and no words can adequately describe the feelings we pet parents have when we have to say those final goodbyes...it HURTS so much.

Anyways, we are joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog hop.

  1. It's so hard when we lose our Fur Kids, my condolences. I hate that they have such short lives in comparison to ours. We lost our little girl 3 years ago & while we now have another Poodle, Ziggy, we still miss Dixie lots.

  2. We've known Bentley and Pierre and their mom for a long time. It's so hard saying good-bye to a precious furKid.

  3. I didn't know Bentley, but I know the pain of losing a family member. Healing hugs.

We all get caught up in life. Not to worry.

Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. ♥

  4. What a beautiful memento for Bentley. We understand if your mom has lots of things to do that keep her away from your Blogville friends.

  5. We left a message for Angel Bentley.
Sometimes, humans let the four-paws down, but you have to feel sorry for them since they fill their lives with so much more stuff than sleeping, barking, eating, and going to walkies...silly humans.

  6. Lulu: "We didn't know Bentley, but we are always sad when a furry friend has to leave for the Rainbow Bridge. We just know he is putting that nose to good use sniffing out special treats and fun up there!"

  8. Bentley was such a special boy; we got to know him for a few years and he always made us smile. My heart aches for Melissa and the Skipper who happen to live close to where my daughter lives. Bentley was so well loved by his entire family and now can run free across the Bridge. I hope he gets to meet Angels Norman and Sam who would love romping with him. ❤️‍🩹 Hope your Petcreatry's calendar gets a little less jammed and she lets you guys blog more. At any rate, we'll be here when she can come back to sharing you guys. Hugs and tail wags.
