Yup, we had our first snow of the season. Of course we were less than impressed, BOL!
Around midnight this is what we saw... |
Later it looked like this and we made our trek to do our bedtime obligations. |
The heavy wet stuff kept coming... |
So this is how we felt about all that snow. At least it was gone by noon. Good riddance, BOL! |
After that the days were cloudy or windy or both...and more wet stuff, too, but it was rain, thankfully. The forecast says we may have accumulating snow on Thanksgiving Day. BLAH!!
I don't like this cold dank weather they call fall.... |
At least today there is no rain or snow... |
I am doing the sit down and dance the snow and rain out of here! |
Well, as long as the cold isn't freezing the ground solid, I can still do my digging projects...BOL! |
Petcretary said our digging tools need a good trimming down...YIKES! |
Petcretary was right but not first for Tuesday Teaser Class at One Spoiled Cat. |
Milo from Not Afraid Of Color, sadly, at a young age, succumbed to evil Cancer...we hope his page will be flooded with many comforting thoughts and virtual hugs. HERE |
Today is Sunday which means its time to show off your selfies! Join the hop, too, it's a lot of fun! Thanks Kitties Blue for hosting! |
We had a dusting of snow a few days ago, but thankfully it didn't last. We now have storm Bert to contend with who kept me awake all night with storm force winds and torrential rain. Hopefully he is leaving us tonight!
ReplyDeleteYou both made your feelings clear about the snow!
We were one of the ones that the snow missed. All we got was friggin' rain!
ReplyDeleteThe badge you made for Milo's peeps is just beautiful. We are so sad for them.
We only got a dusting of snow here...and it didn't last long, thank cod!
ReplyDeleteWe finally got rain today (actually, it also rained last week, when Mummy was on her field trip). We hope it doesn't snow. We are so thankful kitties don't need to go outside in the cold and wet to do Our Business.
ReplyDeleteYou two are so cute. We're a bit jealous that you've had snow already. We're breaking a record every day we go without snow. This is the latest in recorded history for our first snow of the season and we're still waiting!
ReplyDeleteDearest Ingrid,
ReplyDeleteWow, you are dealing with some cold and wet stuf up north!
Wishing you all a cozy Thanksgiving and stay inside.
Hugs,
Mariette + Kitties
Oooh you two don't look happy!!!
ReplyDeleteWow, I'm in northern Vermont and we've only had a handful of flurries so far!
ReplyDeleteoh more snow? wow... wegot some too and we disliked it... and the mama got order to remove it before we enter the garden next time .....
ReplyDeleteWe were so shocked and heartbroken to learn that Milo crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We met his mom and dad when they first moved to Colorado and believe Sam and Norman met him to show him the ropes for all the Colorado pupsters.
ReplyDeleteThere's snow in our forecast for this evening but hope it's nothing like the recent storm that dumped a foot of the wet, white stuff. Just not ready for snow shoveling season
this memorial to my beautiful boy means so much, I am grateful and crying at the same time. Love, LeeAnna
ReplyDelete(((((❤️ )))))
DeleteLulu: "I sure wish we would get some snow here that I could play in, but we only ever get rain, and not even much of that. But at least it makes mud for us sometimes ..."
ReplyDeleteI thought I had a comment in...but it's sure not there. I read the blog. Maybe my little busy-body interrupted me. Wanted to saw How handsome you two boys are! And glad you mentioned your gardening projects. I have been meaning to ask as you Petcretery hasn't said anything very much about it. No snow here yet but we will get it...
