We are taking a break, so that we can show off a beautiful guest pup. Her name is Annie,
She is a Samoyed, pure white and she loves to smile! She takes her lady along and visits all the residents where petcretary works, Annie is a Therapy Pup. Everyone wants to cuddle with her and they love to pet her, and feel her thick soft gorgeous fur. Annie's lady said it was OK to take some pics so you could all see her too.
And all the trees and spring flowers will likely explode in their beautiful blossoms. But...petcretary will have to observe from the windows of her work place as she has to work both Saturday and Sunday...the courtyard there is already in bloom with daffodils and tulips as it is quite sheltered. Some of the more able residents will go out there and enjoy the sunshine and the birds and the odd squirrel who gets in there...and now there's also a duck nesting in there! OMD! The activities peeps take the others out there, too, when its warm enough.
Last Tuesday Petcretary was one of three 'firsties' to class at Teddy's Tuesday Teaser. She got the answer right, but was not first, LOL!

ReplyDeleteConcatulations to your Peep! She is the winningest! Wowzers! Annie is a great looking woofie, with her purrfect smile, no wonder the Peeps at where your Mom works love her. We did have some daffodils that were just starting to bloom when some plastic pipe dropped on them and now they are sitting in a vase in the living room. Mom says it will be a while before the tulips start...it has been unseasonably cold here. We hope you guys have a marvelous weekend. Purrs Marv

ReplyDeleteYears ago my best friend had a Samoyed, a huge dog because a male called ZET ! He was adorable and sooo friendly and he was so well educated that he never took food from somebody who offered him something with the right hand only with the left ! This was to avoid poisoning or that he eat something not good for him. But he also could be very stubborn ! A dog with character ! The poor thing was suffering in summer when it was hot with his teddy bear fur and always looked for cool places. A pity that I don't have a picture of him.

ReplyDeleteWe're very glad to meet Annie! She's very pretty. I bet the nursing home residents love when she visits. Since covid, we haven't had any therapy animals visiting our nursing home. Sad.
