Yes, its The Fourth of July! 

Time to celebrate!

Petcretary was at the Air show/Balloon festival the past few days, and she has lots of pictures to sort through...so we'll post some of those next week. And there were fireworks there too...more pics to sort through.

Earlier, on Saturday, there was a buzzing of activity at the neighbor's across the street, esp in the huge field next to their house...later lots of cars came there...so yes, we had to let them know they were intruding...by barking of course. Then when it got to be almost dark o'clock, well they put on a fireworks display as good as or maybe even better than the one our pawrents saw at the airfield on July first. Wow...so now *she* has two sets of pics to show you all...and tonight there will be yet another fireworks at the airfield...who knows, maybe they will go again...or maybe they will just watch it on TV from Washington DC, pawppy's home town...they always give a great show, and there are no bugs or crowds to jostle when you can sit in your own comfy arm chairs.

Benji is acting a wee bit perturbed the past few days, we think the booming is bothering him...he only will eat if he gets it hand fed...sheesh...spoiled or what! Anypaws he had some CBD, maybe that will help, and he'll get some more tomorrow. Dalton gets 5mg every evening...so he got 10mg to weather him through all the racket. So far he seems his usual self...

Sawyer, still isn't home as of this posting...a whole week already...we are SO worried. All we can do is pray and hope he still may be found and gets home safely. We have his whole family and all of his dear friends in our hearts at this time.
